Ar. Shaila Joarder, Managing Partner of Nayreet Architects , Graduated from BUET; B. Arch,  and later completed her Masters M.B. Env (Sustainable Development) form UNSW (The University of New South Wales), sydney, Australia. She's been leading Nayreet Architects as Managing Partner since its very inception. She has quite a number of completed commendable projcts to her merit including LEED certified industry building deisgn.  Proir to Establishing Nayreet, she worked at Mahbuba Haque and Associates for an year. She has long teaching experiences with UAP (the University of Asia Pacific) and North South University.  She's a Fellow Member of IAB and has served as Executive Council Member at IAB (Institute of architects Bangladesh) in the 19th 22nd and 23rd Exectuive Council. She has also served as Department Chair, at the Department of Architecture, North South University, and also as Procotr for North South University. 

Architect Partner of Nayreet Architects since its' inception. Ar. Atiqur Rahman, a Gold Medalist at BUET, completed his B. Arch from BUET in 1996 and has completed M. Arch from the same institution as well in 2004.  Atiq has a long teaching experience and has lead several design projects as Lead Architect. 

Architect Md. Ruhul Amin completed his B. Arch from BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology) in 1996 and later completed his Post Graduation M Cons. Mgt (Construction Management) from UNSW (The University of New South Wales), Sydney,  in 2003. Ar. Ruhul has an excellent record of construction management for multi storied complex buildings. He has a long teaching Experience and successfully lead several projects of Nayreet Architects and has been members of  project team for several government projects.
